Amanda Spitzer, MS, BCBA, LABA
For more than 20 years, Amanda has partnered with schools to turn special education challenges into practical, lasting solutions. She is a licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who brings a rare blend of classroom experience, clinical expertise, and system-level leadership to every project she takes on.
Amanda’s career has spanned teaching, consulting, program supervision, and department leadership, giving her the chance to see special education from multiple perspectives. She has supervised teachers in specialized classrooms, collaborated with administrators to develop and strengthen programs, and guided teams through the process of building and implementing sustainable systems.
This diverse experience has given her a well-rounded perspective of educational systems, team collaboration and leadership. She values bringing people together, understanding that each person brings their own experiences and insights, and she believes that clear communication is key to making collaboration meaningful. With her background in behavior analysis, she uses data to guide decisions while keeping in mind the everyday realities for educators and students, ensuring that solutions are practical and supportive for everyone involved.
Amanda is dedicated to helping educators feel supported in their roles, recognizing that when educators feel supported and valued, their students benefit in meaningful ways. Her focus is on finding practical approaches to address challenges, often by simplifying what feels overwhelming. She combines evidence with empathy and creativity, collaborating with educators to find solutions that ease challenges and strengthen classrooms.

Kelli Skiba, MSEd, BCBA, LABA
For more than a decade, Kelli Skiba has partnered with schools to create inclusive, supportive environments where educators and students thrive. She is a licensed special education teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who combines classroom experience, behavioral expertise, and leadership insight to develop and implement practical and lasting solutions.
Kelli’s career has taken her from the classroom to consulting and program leadership, allowing her to see education from many perspectives. She has taught in special education classrooms, supported districts as a behavior consultant, and held leadership roles overseeing services and guiding teams through system-level change. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of the expectations placed on teachers and administrators, as well as the challenges they face.
Collaboration is at the heart of Kelli’s approach. She values listening deeply, asking thoughtful questions, and building trust so teams can work together toward meaningful change. She has a talent for identifying problems and designing practical systems that meet the unique needs of schools and districts.
Kelli is passionate about helping educators feel supported and valued, knowing that when staff thrive, students benefit. She combines evidence-based strategies with empathy and creativity, working with schools to simplify what feels overwhelming and to bring joy back into teaching and learning.
