Special Education Program Evaluations

Every district has unique strengths and challenges. Our program evaluations help schools understand what’s working well and where systems can be strengthened to better support students and staff.

We offer evaluations at different levels, depending on your needs:

  • Classroom-Level Evaluation: A focused review of one classroom to assess instructional practices, data systems, and student supports.
  • School-Wide Evaluation: A broader look across multiple classrooms or programs to evaluate consistency, communication, and collaboration among teams.
  • District-Wide Evaluation: A comprehensive review of special education systems, staffing, and structures to ensure alignment, equity, and sustainability across schools.

Evaluations can be comprehensive or abbreviated, depending on district need. Some districts request a full review across multiple domains, while others seek targeted feedback on a specific area of concern.

Many districts come to us saying, “We have all the pieces, but they’re not working together.”
Our evaluations take a closer look at how those pieces fit, identifying where systems can be strengthened and better aligned.

We examine key components such as:

  • Communication systems and team collaboration
  • Student programming and individualized supports
  • Supervision and staff support structures
  • Classroom environments and instructional practices
  • Consistency of implementation across settings

Our work spans Therapeutic Classrooms, ASD/ABA Classrooms, and Inclusion Programs, ensuring each setting functions cohesively and reflects best practices.

Through observation, stakeholder input, and data review, we provide clear, actionable recommendations that help programs operate as unified, effective systems—creating the foundation for long-term student and staff success.

“When educators invest in school culture, they are investing in the future of every student.”
